Environment and Public Health Organization (ENPHO), in collaboration with the German WASH Network and Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST) has started an online training on Wash’Em Approach for South Asia from July 3, 2025. 

The training brings together 136 WASH professionals from across 10 plus South Asian countries, representing humanitarian organizations, local governments, academia, development agencies, and private sector. 

The training focuses on building capacity to design simplified handwashing behavior change program in crisis situations using the evidence-based Wash’Em approach, which combines rapid assessment tools with tailored program recommendations. 

Participants will continue the course on Learning Management System (talent LMS), a self-paced e-learning module to learn how to design a context-specific and evidence-based hygiene program. The training will be concluded on 14 August 2025.
