The Environment and Public Health Organization (ENPHO) operates a well-established laboratory, since its establishment in 1990, dedicated to providing reliable scientific testing and analysis of water, wastewater, faecal sludge, soil, and compost. The laboratory is accredited under the NEPLAS Criteria (based on ISO 17025) by the Nepal Bureau of Standards and Metrology, Government of Nepal. Through its laboratory services, ENPHO envisions contributing to improving water safety, environmental health, and disease prevention across Nepal, supporting national goals and international commitments related to health, water, and sanitation.
