The experiential learning at Mahalaxmi Municipality showed how the digital platform, IMIS, can effectively support sanitation planning, monitoring, and decision-making. Its practical value was clear, and we are now working to replicate this system in Waling Municipality. The hands-on insights will help strengthen our sanitation management practices.
