Training need assessment is the initial step of developing training packages for the effective delivery of the same, where the needs of clients are identified and prioritized for the development of the packages.
Training needs assessment further assists in developing new training modules or packages while making them more relevant and practical. For the development of new training modules or packages, the appropriate topic of the training is identified as per the result of the training need assessment; a list is created and then prioritized. It is equally ensured that the existing issues and problems assessed during training need assessment are well addressed in the newly developed modules or packages.
